CREATOR RIGHTS
Great work deserves respect.
A marketplace built by creators should respect the people behind the work. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, we're here to review it.
Report a copyright concern
Are you the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf? Tell us which work is yours and where the material appears on RobloxAnimations. You don't need an account or an order number.
A clear, considered process
- Send us the detailsIdentify your copyrighted work, the material you are reporting, your contact information and the required statements.
- We review the noticeWe may ask for clarification. When a notice warrants removal, we act promptly to remove or disable access to the identified material and notify its publisher.
- The publisher can respondIf material was removed by mistake or misidentification, the publisher may send a counter-notice. A compliant counter-notice is shared with the original claimant.
- We follow throughAfter a compliant counter-notice, the DMCA generally provides a 10–14-business-day restoration window, unless we receive notice of a filed court action seeking to restrain the disputed activity.
Respecting creators. Protecting fair process.
A report is an allegation, not a finding of infringement. We keep case correspondence out of public reviews and give publishers a way to respond.
We may suspend or terminate publishers who repeatedly infringe copyright in appropriate circumstances. Reports are reviewed in context; submitting a report does not automatically count as a strike against an account.
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability. Consider whether the use is authorized by the owner, an agent or the law, including applicable exceptions, before submitting. If you're uncertain about your rights, seek legal advice.
