1. Information we collect

• Account information such as email, username, display name, hashed password, and optional profile details.
• If you choose Google or Discord sign-in, we receive your provider account identifier, verified email address, and name. We use this information to sign you in or connect that sign-in option to your account.
• Purchase information such as order history, billing email, and Stripe payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe.
• Support messages, reviews, and other communications you send to us.
• Copyright reports and responses, including contact details, identified works, signed statements and case correspondence.
• Basic usage and device data such as pages visited, browser type, IP address, and approximate location.

2. How we use information

• Provide accounts, checkout, library access, downloads, and order history.
• Send receipts, account emails, security messages, and support replies.
• Improve the site, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Google and Discord sign-in are optional. We store the provider name and account identifier to recognize your connected account. We use access tokens only during sign-in and do not store them for ongoing access. We do not request your Google files or email messages, or your Discord messages or server access. Your provider password is never shared with us.

3. Sharing

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the site, including payment processing, email delivery, hosting, analytics, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

If you choose to connect AssemblyZero Library, we share a private account identifier and your current access to AssemblyZero products so it can provide preparation and downloads. This does not share your email, payment details, password, or purchases from other publishers. Access checks reflect refunds and payment reversals. You can disconnect AssemblyZero at any time without deleting your RobloxAnimations account or order history. AssemblyZero explains its handling of that information in its privacy notice.

4. Your rights

To handle a copyright claim, we may share the notice and relevant contact information with the affected publisher and advisers. A formal counter-notice, including the sender's name, address, telephone number and required statements, is shared with the original claimant. These case records are not published in public reviews. We retain them as needed to resolve claims, protect rights and meet legal obligations. See Copyright & DMCA for the reporting process.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some records, such as purchase records, may be retained as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.

You can revoke RobloxAnimations access in your Google or Discord account settings. This does not delete your RobloxAnimations account or purchase history. Contact support if you need help removing a connected sign-in option or ensuring you have another way to sign in.
