If a pack is broken, materially different from the product page, or you were charged by mistake, contact us within 14 days of purchase. Digital downloads that work as advertised are generally not refundable.
1. Summary
This policy applies to one-time purchases of digital Roblox animation packs. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date unless required otherwise by law.
2. Eligible refund reasons
- The delivered files are corrupted or cannot be downloaded.
- The pack is materially different from the product description or preview.
- The pack is advertised as R6 but does not contain the R6 content described.
- You were charged twice for the same purchase.
- An unauthorized purchase was made through your account.
3. Not eligible
- You changed your mind after receiving the digital files.
- The animations work as described but do not match your preferred style.
- Integration problems are caused by custom project code or non-standard Roblox rigs.
- The animations have already been deployed in a published Roblox experience.
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@robloxanimations.com with your account email, order number, and a description of the issue. Approved card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after Stripe processes them.
If a purchase is refunded, the license is revoked and the pack may be removed from your library.
