1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to robloxanimations.com and related services. By creating an account, purchasing an animation pack, or using the site, you agree to these terms.

robloxanimations.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. One-time purchase

Animation packs are sold as one-time digital purchases at the price shown on each product page and at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store raw card numbers on our servers.

Some packs offer a Personal license at the base price and a Studio commercial license at 5x the base price for studios, teams, contractors, client work, and commercial production use.

After successful checkout, the pack is added to your library for download. Because this is digital content, refund eligibility is limited and described in the Refund Policy.

4. License

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the pack in Roblox experiences covered by the selected license tier. The full license terms are available in the License Agreement.

Products marked AssemblyZero Standard use the AssemblyZero Standard license instead of the Personal/Studio license. Its permitted team and monetized use does not require a separate Studio tier. Follow each product's stated installation requirements; systems that require AssemblyZero Library preparation are not ready to use merely by importing the initial download.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, sublicense, share, upload publicly, or redistribute the animation files, Roblox asset IDs, or pack contents outside the license. You also agree not to abuse the site, attempt to bypass payment controls, or use the service for unlawful activity.

6. Contact

Publishers must have the rights necessary to distribute every included component. We may remove or disable access to material in response to copyright notices and may suspend or terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Notices are reviewed individually; allegations do not automatically establish infringement. See Copyright & DMCA for notices, publisher responses and counter-notices.
