By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you don't agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you're under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to make purchases or sell content on the platform.

2. Your account

To purchase or sell on the Service, you'll need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your password secure and not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or remain inactive for more than 24 months.

3. Purchases & licenses

When you purchase an animation through the Service, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that animation in your Roblox experiences, subject to the specific license terms accompanying each animation. Purchase does not transfer ownership of the animation itself.

All sales are processed in Robux or USD as displayed at checkout. Prices, fees, and currency conversions are subject to change. We are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation, and Robux pricing is provided for convenience only.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Infringe on intellectual property or other rights
• Upload or distribute malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or creators
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically copy content without authorization
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute purchased animations outside the terms of their license
• Attempt to circumvent payment, access controls, or licensing systems
• Impersonate another person, creator, or entity

5. Seller terms

If you publish animations for sale on the Service, additional terms apply. By becoming a Seller, you represent that:

• You own or have authorization to license all content you upload
• Your content does not infringe any third-party rights
• You will provide accurate descriptions, previews, and metadata
• You will respond to buyer support requests within a reasonable timeframe

The current revenue split between Sellers and the Service is detailed on our Seller information page. Payouts are made on a monthly basis subject to a minimum threshold. Tax forms (W-9 for U.S. Sellers, W-8BEN for non-U.S. Sellers) are required before any payout is issued.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, and original content, is owned by [Your Company LLC] and protected by intellectual property laws. Animations published by Sellers remain the intellectual property of those Sellers, subject to the licenses granted to buyers.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that animations purchased will work with all Roblox configurations.

Animations are provided by third-party Sellers. While we maintain quality standards, we do not endorse or guarantee the work of any individual Seller. Reviews and ratings are user-generated and reflect individual opinions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your Company LLC] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, licenses to purchased animations may be revoked at our discretion, particularly in cases involving fraud, chargebacks, or violation of license terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of past purchases unless required by our Refund Policy or applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
