UNLIMITED ROBLOX EXPERIENCES. Use and modify the product in your own free or monetized Roblox experiences. Your employees and contractors may work with it on your behalf. There are no royalties, revenue limits, seat charges or required in-game credits. Do not sell, share or repackage the source files as an asset product. 1. WHO AND WHAT THIS LICENSE COVERS PolyPera, the publisher identified in your order, grants the purchaser a non-exclusive commercial license to the PolyPera product identified in that order, including its supplied code, models, animation data, images, audio, effects and documentation, to the extent PolyPera can license them. For a valid gift accepted through the storefront's gifting process, the gift recipient is the licensee; the sender does not receive an additional license. The licensee is either one individual or one legal entity. An authorized representative may purchase for that entity. A Roblox group or community is covered when the licensee controls it and the experience is operated for that same licensee. Merely joining a group does not give every member a separate license. Obtain any parental or guardian consent required by applicable law. This is one license at the displayed product price. There is no additional studio tier, seat fee, experience count limit, revenue threshold or royalty. Keep the order receipt identifying the purchaser and product as proof. 2. PERMITTED USE You may copy, edit and combine the product with other work to create, test, publish, operate and monetize any number of Roblox experiences that you own or control. You may keep backups and use private version control. You may upload the supplied assets, and your permitted modifications, to the Roblox account or group used for those experiences. You may grant the asset permissions needed by those experiences and by your authorized collaborators. You may use external editing tools to prepare content for this permitted Roblox use. You may show the product as part of gameplay footage, screenshots, trailers, portfolios and promotion for those experiences. Players may receive and use the embedded product through normal Roblox gameplay. The platform licenses and technical distribution required for that permitted use are authorized. This license does not give a separate right to publish a standalone non-Roblox game or resell avatar items. 3. TEAMS, CONTRACTORS AND CLIENTS Your employees and contractors may access source files only to work on your covered projects. Use reasonable access controls. They may not keep using the product for unrelated work after that engagement ends and must remove their working copies, except copies they are legally required to retain. A freelancer may work using the client's license. If an unrelated client or separate studio will own or operate an experience containing the product, that client or studio must have its own license before receiving the source files or publishing the experience. A purchase does not license unrelated clients, sister companies or every member of a development community automatically. Transferring an experience does not transfer this asset license. The new owner must hold a license to continue using the product unless PolyPera approves a license transfer in writing. 4. SOURCE DISTRIBUTION AND RESTRICTIONS Except for the permitted team access, platform delivery and rights preserved in section 5, you may not give away, sell, sublicense, leak or redistribute the product's source files or modified copies as reusable assets. Do not include them in another asset pack, template, starter kit, plugin, public source repository, free model or other product offered for third-party reuse. Do not publicly republish the supplied files or restricted asset IDs to provide unlicensed access. A finished experience is permitted; an asset collection disguised as an experience for extracting the product is not. You may claim authorship of your own original additions, but not of the underlying PolyPera product. Do not imply endorsement by PolyPera or Roblox. 5. OWNERSHIP, ROBLOX AND SEPARATE RIGHTS PolyPera and the applicable rights holders retain ownership of their content. This purchase grants usage rights; it does not transfer their copyright. No in-game attribution to PolyPera is required. Preserve any third-party notices that accompany components when an applicable separate license requires them. Roblox's terms, platform asset permissions and any disclosed separate component licenses still apply. This agreement does not withdraw rights independently granted to you through Roblox Open Use, another license or applicable law, and does not restrict rights Roblox requires for permitted publication. Independently available components do not by themselves grant rights to the complete paid product, its original code or its other source materials. PolyPera is an independent publisher and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. 6. DURATION, UPDATES AND TERMINATION Your license is perpetual for the version acquired, subject to these terms. Later revisions do not reduce rights already granted for that version. Future major versions, custom work, updates and ongoing support are included only when expressly stated on the product listing or order. If the purchase is refunded or its payment is finally reversed, the paid license ends and you must stop using and remove the licensed product, subject to any rights required by law. A pending payment dispute alone is not a final reversal. For another material breach, PolyPera may terminate this license if you do not correct the breach within 14 days after written notice describing it. An ongoing unauthorized distribution must stop immediately upon notice. On termination, stop using and distributing the affected product and remove its source from active projects and accessible repositories. A legally required archive may be retained without further use. Separately held rights described in section 5 remain unaffected. 7. PRODUCT SCOPE AND CUSTOMER RIGHTS The product listing and supplied documentation describe the supported rigs, features, dependencies and setup. A license does not promise compatibility with every project or future Roblox change. PolyPera does not guarantee continued hosting or availability of Roblox services. The seller's applicable purchase and refund terms govern the transaction. Nothing in this license removes mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. 8. CONTACT AND APPLICABLE TERMS Contact support@robloxanimations.com for purchase or licensing assistance and identify the PolyPera product and order. For a PolyPera product sold with this license, these terms govern the product-use grant instead of the site's general Personal and Studio commercial tiers. The site's transaction, privacy and refund terms continue to apply.
