Clothing Asset License

This license applies to Cinderlore clothing products marked Personal / Studio on RobloxAnimations.com. It does not replace the licenses for animation packs or free samplers.

Choose the license that fits your work

Personal. For one individual creator. Use the clothing in Roblox experiences you own or operate, including monetized experiences.

Studio commercial. For the purchasing studio or team, including client work. Use the clothing in Roblox experiences your studio owns, operates or is contracted to build. The Studio tier is five times the Personal price.

What you can do

  • Use and modify the clothing in Roblox experiences covered by your license.
  • Use it in multiple covered experiences, including monetized games.
  • With a Studio license, share the files with team members and contractors working on those experiences. Their access is limited to that work.

What you cannot do

  • Resell, sublicense, give away or redistribute the clothing or textures as standalone assets.
  • Include the clothing in an asset pack, starter kit, template or competing marketplace product.
  • Share raw files, textures or asset IDs for use outside your licensed projects.
  • Claim the underlying artwork as your own, or use it outside Roblox without separate written permission.

Ownership and delivery

The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable. Cinderlore Studios or its identified rights holders retain ownership of the artwork; your purchase grants usage rights, not copyright ownership. RobloxAnimations.com distributes your licensed copy.

Your download includes the clothing RBXM, setup instructions, license text, a purchase certificate and a file-checksum manifest. The same classic Shirt and Pants outfits work with R6 and R15; fit varies with body shape. No characters, hair, props or scripts are included.

Duration

Your license lasts for the lifetime of your account unless the purchase is refunded, reversed or charged back, or the license is revoked for a material violation. Statutory rights that cannot be waived are unaffected.
